 LaVerne
is an interior expert. LaVerne launched her career in
the 70ies working with an Architect firm in Hatfield,
Pennsylvania. The experience overseeing projects such
as interior space planning and design as well as
preparing architectural drawings, site plans, floor
plans, cross sections, and interpretation of
architectural specifications all laid the groundwork
for LaVerne’s first firm, LMS Interiors, and more
recently to her sister company, Healthy Interior
Solutions, Inc.
Healthy Interior Solutions, was
brought to life by LaVerne in 2006 to address the
growing concern about mold, bacteria and germs which
cause illness, and a natural next step to help clients
create not only unique spaces, but healthy ones.
Pulling from a broad pool of expertise, LaVerne
integrated air and water purification products,
systems and services, to improve and enhance the
living, working and play environments for her clients
~ clients who suffer from asthma & allergies ~ clients
who awake in the morning with puffy eyes or sinus
congestion.
As a NORMI certified specialist,
LaVerne serves in a cooperative network of first
responders in the challenging fight against indoor air
quality and mold problems. Through this special
training and the support of the NORMI organization,
LaVerne can provide a wide range of air quality
solutions.
With 30 years in the interior design
business, LaVerne can help you not only with visual
design aspects but with aspects that hit all the
senses impacting health and happiness of your
environment.
LaVerne is a mother of two, grandmom of four
and will soon celebrate 43 years w/ her hubby.

Personal Note from LaVerne
"Awareness and demand
for healthy indoor air and water is the highest I have
seen in my thirty years in the design and construction
industry."
Some of my clients, and/or their children,
are allergy and asthma sufferers who have had great
success relieving symptoms with air purifying products.
Others are excited to find a product that doesn’t just
mask pet odors but actually cleans the air to
eliminate them. Many want to improve the taste of
their water and are simply concerned about the health
of their family and friends, as we all are.
With energy prices on the
rise, I am also working more and more with home owners
looking for energy management solutions. Who
doesn’t want to lower their bills? Plus, we are all
becoming increasingly conscious of using fewer natural
resources and reducing our carbon footprint.
I am passionate about
these products because I enjoy helping others
improve their lives through improving the performance of their homes.
I have
been blown away by the results my clients have
experienced, in addition to those I have seen in my
own home. It is wonderful not only to be providing
solutions that help families to enhance the quality of
their lives, but that also help the environment at the
same time.
